Aryasamaj Hamirpur (H.P.), along with the intellectual of the City and D.A.V. CMC representative established, D.A.V. School Hamirpur in 1986.The Foundation Stone of the present building was laid by Late Shri Thakur Jagdev Chand on 13th April 1992.The building was inaugrated by former C.M. Himachal Pradesh Prof. P.K. Dhumal on 23rd Sep, 1998.Prsently the strength of students is 1500.The School has so far produced, hundreds of Doctors, Engineers and other professionals.
